- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
